This lot comprises three decorative items of mid-20th-century interest. The first is a hand-painted bisque porcelain figurine of Sir Winston Churchill, depicted in full-length formal evening dress. The figure is shown wearing a black tailcoat, white waistcoat, and black bow tie, decorated with a blue sash and various medals. The second item is a small hand-painted bisque porcelain figure of a boy with blonde hair, wearing a blue hat, white coat, and blue trousers, in a style resembling mid-20th-century German or Japanese export porcelain. The third item is a shallow dish carved from a banded hardstone, likely onyx or agate, featuring natural cream and amber tones. Mounted to the dish is a small Art Deco style ceramic figure of a reclining person wearing a mint green outfit and a matching wide-brimmed hat. No factory marks are visible on the exterior surfaces of the items.
