A domestic electric sewing machine constructed from off-white and grey plastic housing with pink decorative accents. The front panel features a printed brand name reading SINGER partially obscured by the power lead, alongside the characters R and 20 printed in red and black. The control interface includes a large circular dial marked with a numerical scale from 0 to 5 and a reverse stitch symbol, alongside printed diagrams for various stitch patterns including straight and zigzag. The machine is equipped with a carry handle and a needle threading assembly. Accompanying the machine is a black plastic foot controller with an adhesive label reading M.C.P.K. SEWING MOTOR CONTROLLER and MADE IN BRAZIL. The power cable is fitted with a standard black UK 3-pin plug.
Condition report:
The machine is in used condition with surface dust and scuffs consistent with age (photo 1). There is visible yellowing and discolouration to the plastic casing, particularly on the top handle and dials (photo 1). A small orange circular adhesive residue mark is present on the front panel near the stitch diagrams (photo 1). The power cables and foot pedal appear physically intact but are tangled; the item has not been tested for mechanical functionality or electrical safety.
