A group of assorted antique and vintage decorative items. The collection features a Victorian-style walnut or stained wood workbox of rectangular form, the hinged lid opening to reveal two internal swing-out cantilevered compartments. The interior is lined with a green velvet-pile fabric. The exterior is decorated with dark metal foliate-motif escutcheons and plaques, including a keyhole to the front and a decorative plaque to the lid. The lid interior contains a small integrated wooden box with a metal escutcheon. A rectangular orange adhesive label on the lid reads 26.
Ceramic items include a group of light blue jasperware featuring white sprigged neoclassical bas-relief decoration: a circular lidded trinket box with a central figure and floral borders, and an oval lidded dish with a matching stand depicting a horse-drawn chariot scene. The collection further includes three copper-lustre glazed mugs and a matching small pitcher, each decorated with a central blue band featuring polychrome transfer-printed pastoral scenes of figures in a landscape. Also present is a large earthenware teacup and saucer decorated with an orange, blue, and green floral transfer pattern, a small ceramic figurine of a sheep with a textured coat and an orange adhesive label reading 26, and a ceramic figure of a reclining spaniel resting within a brown basket. The wooden box interior shows two small loose wooden blocks.
Condition report:

The internal green velvet lining appears intact but shows some fading and signs of age (photo 2). The copper lustre pitcher and mugs show minor surface wear and some dulling to the glaze (photo 1). The blue jasperware items appear to be in good order with no visible chips or cracks, though the sprigged decoration shows light surface grime (photo 1). The floral teacup and saucer show minor wear to the rim gilding (photo 1). The animal figurines appear intact with no visible damage (photo 1).
