Lot 401: An Assortment of Decorative and Household Items including Ceramics and a Wind Instrument
A collection of assorted decorative and household items. The lot includes a large, dark-finished cylindrical wind instrument featuring a segment of blue and white painted decoration and a hollow wooden interior. The collection features various white ceramic items with polychrome floral transfer-print motifs and scalloped edges, notably a water pitcher and a coordinating shallow bowl. A ceramic wall clock face with a Roman numeral dial and floral borders is included, along with several stems of artificial pink roses. Also visible is a white electronic device with a speaker grille, small ceramic figurines, and glassware. The items are housed in a clear plastic storage container which has a small white rectangular adhesive label on the lid with a handwritten black letter L.
Condition report:
The items are in a used condition and are offered as a mixed lot. The ceramics do not show any apparent chips or cracks in the photograph (photo 1). The artificial roses show minor wear to the edges of the petals (photo 1). The wind instrument displays surface scuffing and wear to the dark finish (photo 1). The electronic device appears to have surface dust and signs of handling (photo 1). The plastic bin shows typical surface scratches consistent with use (photo 1).
