TIMED SALE TO END FRIDAY LAST CHANCE
A collection of glassware comprising a pair of stemmed wine goblets and a pair of cylindrical tumblers. The wine goblets feature lead crystal bowls with deep, hand-cut geometric patterns including a central pinwheel or starburst motif, cross-hatching, and vertical mitre cuts. Each goblet sits on a multifaceted stem tapering to a plain circular foot. The pair of cylindrical tumblers or highball glasses is decorated with a frosted etched design depicting leafy branches and berries. All four pieces are finished with a gilt band at the upper rims. A small orange adhesive price label reading 2.00 is present on the rim of one goblet, and a similar orange label is visible on one tumbler. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the bases or bodies of the glassware.
Condition report:
The collection is in good overall condition. The gilt rims on the goblets show minor thinning and surface wear consistent with handling (photo 1). The etched decoration on the tumblers remains crisp and well-defined. All pieces exhibit good clarity with no visible clouding, chips, or fractures apparent in the overview images. Minor surface scratches from use are present.
