Lot 568: A 9 Carat Gold Emerald and Diamond Flower Cluster Ring Weight: 1.23g.
A yellow gold dress ring featuring a floral cluster head. The central round brilliant cut clear stone, likely a diamond, is claw-set within a surround of six small round-cut green stones, possibly emeralds. The setting is constructed from white metal, creating a two-tone effect against the yellow metal band. The ring features split, tapering shoulders which merge into a slender D-section shank. A white adhesive label accompanying the ring is handwritten with 9k, a standard indication for 9 carat gold. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are visible on the interior of the shank in the provided images.

Condition report:
The ring is in used condition. The white metal plating on the tiered setting shows visible wear, exposing the yellow metal beneath (photo 1). One of the green stones is slightly misaligned within its claws (photo 1). The green stones exhibit variations in saturation and minor surface abrasions. The gold band shows light surface scratching and signs of general wear consistent with use. The band appears slightly misshapen (photo 2).
