A contemporary two piece display cabinet and dresser constructed from light oak with a clear lacquer finish. The upper section features a pair of cabinet doors with frosted glass panels set within slanted, asymmetrical oak frames, opening to reveal a single open interior compartment. The lower base unit comprises two stacked drawers with square tapered legs. The upper doors are fitted with two circular chrome finish knobs, while the lower drawers are equipped with two arched chrome finish pull handles. The construction is solid oak and oak veneers, displaying a prominent natural grain. A small white circular adhesive label is present on the glass of the lower door, and a rectangular white adhesive label is attached to the interior of the upper glass panel. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the exterior surfaces of the piece.
Condition report:
The cabinet shows signs of use consistent with age. There are several visible scuffs, scratches, and white surface marks on the wooden faces, particularly on the front of the top drawer and the side edges (photo 1). The frosted glass panels and chrome hardware appear intact. The interior of the upper compartment shows light wear.
