Lot 454: Combi-Camp De Luxe Kitchen Trailer Tent
A Combi-Camp trailer tent, identified as the De Luxe Kitchen model. The unit comprises a white-painted two-axle rigid trailer body integrated with a folding canvas tent structure. The exterior of the trailer features a red circular logo containing a stylised letter C, followed by the wordmark COMBI-CAMP in red uppercase letters, with the script De Luxe Kitchen printed below. The tent is constructed from heavy-duty canvas in a dark green and cream colour scheme.
The rear of the trailer features an integrated stainless steel kitchen unit. This facility includes a three-burner gas hob with a black control panel featuring three black rotary control knobs. A stainless steel sink is positioned to the right of the burners, fitted with a cream-coloured plastic fold-down faucet and a grey plastic control knob. An adjacent compartment contains a built-in coolbox with a white interior and a grey-trimmed lid.
The interior of the tent features a dark-finished floor and white fabric internal dividers for sleeping compartments. Included equipment consists of grey upholstered mattress sections and a white-painted metal folding storage rack.
Condition report:
Exterior: The trailer body shows surface grime and storage dust throughout (photo 1). Corrosion is visible on the lid hinges and metal supports of the kitchen unit (photo 3). The stainless steel surfaces of the hob and sink show water spotting and light surface wear consistent with use (photo 2). The burner grate shows oxidation from heat exposure (photo 2). The canvas tent sections appear intact but exhibit creasing from storage (photo 1). Interior: The internal fabric dividers show light discoloration and creasing (photo 4). Upholstered sections and flooring appear in good order with no visible tears or major staining (photo 4). Not assessed: Mechanical and electrical operation of the kitchen appliances, gas lines, water pump, and coolbox were not assessed. Underbody, tyre condition, and structural integrity of the trailer chassis were not assessed.
