Lot 373: Genpower Portable Gasoline Generator with Steel Roll Cage
A portable gasoline-powered generator featuring a single-cylinder engine housed within a heavy-duty steel roll cage frame. The unit is equipped with a top-mounted black metal fuel tank featuring a silver-tone vented fuel cap and a central fuel level gauge. An adhesive label on the lower front of the fuel tank reads genpower in lowercase white lettering, followed by the web address www.genpoweruk.co.uk and the telephone number +44 (0)1646 68 78 48. The control panel includes a blue industrial-style CEE socket, indicating a 230V single-phase output intended for UK/European applications. A small yellow safety warning sticker is present on the upper surface of the tank, though the text is not legible. A second, smaller generator or equipment frame is partially visible underneath the main unit.
Condition report:
The generator is in well-used, as-found condition. There is significant and widespread surface oxidation and rust across the entirety of the steel roll cage frame (photo 1). The black fuel tank shows multiple areas of rust, particularly around the edges and top surface (photo 1). The silver-tone fuel cap exhibits pitting and oxidation (photo 1). The overall unit shows heavy accumulations of dust, grime, and grease consistent with site use. The mechanical and electrical functionality is unknown and the unit is sold as untested.
