A collection of contemporary fabric lampshades featuring diverse shapes, textures, and neutral tones. The group includes several distinct designs: two large circular shades with dense vertical pleating in an olive-green fabric; a tall, six-sided tapered hexagonal shade in sage-green fabric with a subtle vertical pinstripe texture; and a large, six-sided tapered hexagonal shade in champagne-coloured fabric with vertical piping. Also present is a large, flared hexagonal bell-shaped shade featuring pleated panels in a tan-gold fabric with decorative braided trim at the lower edge. The collection further includes a pair of small, square tapered shades with wide box pleats in cream-coloured fabric and a small, modern tapered shade in plain white fabric. These shades are constructed with fabric covers over wire internal frames. Some shades feature interior linings. An orange adhesive label reading 350 is visible on the front of the champagne hexagonal shade and on one panel of the tan-gold bell shade (photo 1). A small white adhesive label with partially illegible black printed characters is affixed to the upper left corner of the champagne shade (photo 1). The small white shade is contained within a clear plastic protective wrapping printed with black safety warnings.
Condition report:
The collection is in good used condition overall. Minor surface dust is visible across the fabric surfaces. There is some slight sagging and loss of crispness to the pleats on the square cream shades (photo 1). Minor creasing to the fabric is present on the pleated green and champagne shades. The wire frames appear structurally sound. No significant staining, tears, or scorch marks are visible in the provided image.
