The collection comprises multiple teacups with loop handles, matching saucers, and a cream jug, all featuring vertical fluting to the lower bodies and rims. The rims and handles are finished with hand-applied gold gilding. The Erste Porzellan-Industrie A.G. is known to use a green printed crown mark accompanied by the name EPIAG and factory initials, matching the mark present on these items which consists of a green printed crown logo above the letters EPIAG, with the letters D.F. below, and the words CZECHO-SLOVAKIA positioned above a single horizontal line. An orange adhesive price sticker reading 92 and a white adhesive lot sticker reading 4 are present on the upper surface of one saucer.
Condition report:
The pieces appear to be in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. Minor shelf wear and faint discolouration are visible to the unglazed foot ring of one cup (photo 2). Faint rubbing is visible to the gilded rims (photo 1). An orange adhesive price sticker reading 92 and a white adhesive lot sticker reading 4 are attached to the surface of a saucer (photo 1).
