Lot 546: A Pair of Contemporary Cantilevered Side Tables with Smoked Glass Tops
A pair of contemporary side tables featuring a C-shaped cantilever design. Each table consists of a smoked tempered glass top with rounded corners, supported by a single curved chrome-plated metal pedestal. The pedestals are mounted onto rectangular black high-gloss finished bases. The design is intended to allow the base to slide beneath seating for use as a laptop or accent table. One table base features a small white rectangular adhesive label; the characters upon it are not legible. A fluorescent orange rectangular adhesive label is adhered to the top surface of one glass panel.
Condition report:
The tables are in used condition. Both glass tops and bases show surface dust, smudges, and fingerprints (photo 1). A visible orange adhesive sticker is present on the top surface of one table (photo 1). The chrome-plated supports appear bright with no significant pitting visible in the image. No chips or cracks are evident to the glass edges.
