An assortment of ceramic tableware and decorative items including stoneware, porcelain, and earthenware pieces, accompanied by a metal frame. The collection features a group of teacups and saucers in a speckled beige stoneware decorated with two horizontal dark brown bands. Several white porcelain teacups and a rectangular serving dish are decorated with polychrome floral transfer prints. A novelty earthenware mug is molded in relief and glazed to represent a thatched cottage with windows and climbing foliage. A large storage jar or vase features a pale yellow ground with a large pink rose motif and a green-glazed rim. Also included are a plain white ceramic teapot with a matching lid and a small cream jug. A silver-coloured wirework frame is designed to support plates as a tiered stand. Several items show marks on their undersides. A white cup has a dark printed mark on the base, but the characters are not legible. A rectangular dish also bears a dark printed mark that cannot be read as a name. An orange adhesive label on the exterior of the cardboard box reads 215. A small white sticker in the background is marked 4 4.
Condition report:
The items are in generally fair condition but are dusty and show signs of previous use. No major structural cracks or significant losses are visible in the photograph. Minor surface scratches and shelf wear to the bases are to be expected. The cottage mug shows some small spots of glaze wear to the raised relief details. The metal stand exhibits surface tarnishing and minor oxidation. All items are loosely contained within a worn cardboard box.
