Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

An assortment of clear and coloured domestic glassware, including drinking vessels and tableware. The collection includes lead crystal tumblers and a low bowl featuring deep-cut geometric patterns such as starbursts, vertical mitre cuts, and crisscross motifs. Also included is a group of champagne coupes and stemmed wine glasses featuring acid-etched floral and foliate designs, several of which are finished with gilt rims. Coloured glass elements include a stack of amber-toned bowls and two stemmed glasses in a ruby hue. Various pressed glass items are present, including a circular plate and tumblers with a dimpled texture around the base. The edge of a cream-coloured ceramic vessel is visible at the bottom of the frame. A rectangular orange adhesive label marked with the handwritten numerals 100 is affixed to a pressed glass plate. A similar orange label marked with the numerals 40 is attached to a stemmed glass. Small white square adhesive labels, each bearing the printed number 4, are visible on at least three items. No makers marks or signatures are legible on the pieces from the provided perspective.

Condition report:

The glassware appears to be in good used condition across the assortment. The clear glass pieces show good clarity without visible cloudiness. Minor wear is evident to the gilt rims of the etched glasses, consistent with age and handling. No significant cracks or large chips are visible in the photograph, though minor flea-bite nicks typical of cut crystal may be present upon close physical inspection.
