Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

A collection of two sets of salad serving utensils, each presented in its original packaging. The first set includes a large serving spoon and a matching salad fork with a slotted centre. These pieces feature slender, curved handles with three visible pins or rivets and a raised metal emblem depicting a bee or fly at the bolster. The utensils are constructed from polished metal and are housed in a tan cardboard tray within a blue box, sealed under clear plastic film. An orange rectangular adhesive label is attached to the top left corner of the tray, and a white rectangular label bearing the numeral 4 is located at the bottom right. The second set comprises a serving spoon and a three-tined salad fork with side cutouts. The handles are flat and tapered with a flared end. These pieces are presented in a black insert within a box featuring a multi-coloured floral and geometric patterned border. A bright orange rectangular label with the handwritten number 74 is affixed to the centre of the black divider. No maker’s names, hallmarks, or country of origin marks are readable on either the utensils or their respective packaging.

Condition report:

The items appear to be in unused condition. The first set remains sealed in its original retail plastic wrap (photo 1). The box for the second set shows minor rubbing and light shelf wear to the patterned edges (photo 1). No scratches, pits, or tarnishing are visible on the metal surfaces of either set.
