A utilitarian workshop storage lot comprising a large portable toolbox and a multi-drawer small parts organiser. The toolbox is constructed from black molded plastic with a hinged lid and two red plastic flip-top latches. The small parts organiser contains fifteen clear plastic drawers in a five-by-three grid. Each drawer is fitted with a handwritten identification label on aged masking tape, including BATTERY’S, TV MODEM, ELECT, BOLTS, STAPLES, GROUT, TESTER, FUSES, GLUE, TAPE & ADHESIVE, FISH LINE, STRAP, and MINI SCREWS. The drawers contain an assortment of miscellaneous hardware, fixings, and components. No manufacturer’s marks or branding are visible on the exterior of either item.
Condition report:
Both items are in a used condition with significant surface dust, dirt, and cobwebs throughout (photo 1). The plastic surfaces exhibit minor scuffs and marks consistent with workshop use. The masking tape labels are aged, discoloured, and some are beginning to peel. The contents have not been fully catalogued or tested.
