Lot 425: An Assortment of Decorative Objects and Holiday Figurines
A collection of miscellaneous decorative objects and holiday-themed items. The group includes a large decorative wooden nutcracker soldier, finished in a light blue and white painted uniform with silver-toned glitter accents on the jacket and legs. The figure is designed with a tall white faux fur hat and holds a small blue and white drum with a single drumstick. A separate square white glitter-covered wooden base is included. Also featured is a glazed ceramic figurine of a Pierrot character in a black and white costume with a ruffled collar, shown seated and playing a lute. A white glazed porcelain figurine depicts a trio of leaping dolphins. The lot also contains three modern-style black glazed ceramic candle holders with curved bodies and white circular top inserts, and two translucent red ribbed plastic shades. A ceramic shoe-shaped container with red and white horizontal stripes and a rectangular leopard-print patterned tray or lid with a gold-toned shell ornament are also present. No maker’s marks, signatures, or factory stamps are discernible on any of the items. A retail box in the background shows text in German and French relating to Christmas decorations but does not serve as identifying packaging for this lot.

Condition report:
The wooden nutcracker is currently detached from its square base (photo 1). There is minor matting to the faux fur elements of the hat and cuffs, and one drumstick appears to be missing its tip (photo 1). Loose glitter is present within the storage container. The Pierrot and dolphin figurines show no visible chips or cracks from the angles shown (photo 1). The black ceramic holders show minor surface dust and faint shelf-wear marks. The items are loose-packed in a cardboard box, presenting a risk of minor surface abrasions and scratches from contact (photo 1).
