Lot 421: An Assortment of Household Items Including a Large Album, Books, and Picture Frames
A mixed collection of items contained within a striped cardboard storage box. The lot features a large-format album with a blue textured hardcover decorated with a gilt-stamped rectangular border. The volume contains heavy cream-coloured card pages. Also included is a collection of books, including two mass-market paperback novels. One spine is green with white text reading A D.I. KIM STONE NOVEL and the other is light blue with text reading Annie and a white adhesive price sticker reading 3.99. The lot contains two picture frames, one an ornate white composite frame with scrolled corner details and a damask-patterned paper insert reading COLEY & GILL 8 X 10 20x25cm. The second frame is partially visible with a blue and gold finish. Additional items include a white padded envelope bearing the partial text PLAI, a purple folder, and various manila envelopes.
Condition report:
The items are offered in used condition with general signs of handling and storage wear. The blue album shows minor wear to the corners and edges (photo 1). The paperback books exhibit typical reading wear to the spines and edges (photo 1). The white picture frame appears to be unused with its original display insert (photo 1). The internal contents of the envelopes and folder have not been inspected or catalogued.
