A full-length wall mirror of slender rectangular form with a graduated arched top. The frame is constructed from a gilt-finished composite material featuring a continuous rope-twist border. The cresting is an ornate pediment depicting a central urn overflowing with flowers and foliage, flanked by scrolling arms and pendant grape clusters. The mirror plate follows the arched profile of the frame. A small white rectangular adhesive label bearing the handwritten number 7 is attached to the upper section of the mirror plate. An orange rectangular adhesive label is adhered to the right side of the frame; the text on this label is not legible. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or country of origin labels are visible on the front or sides of the piece.
Condition report:
The mirror plate appears clear with no visible silvering loss or foxing (photo 1). There is light surface dust across the glass. The gilt-finished frame shows minor signs of wear, including small chips and abrasions to the raised portions of the floral cresting and along the rope-twist edges (photo 2). Two adhesive labels are present on the glass and frame as described (photos 1 and 2).
