Lot 213: A Set of Swan Enamel Saucepans and a Collection of Assorted Cookware
A set of graduated enamel saucepans featuring cream-coloured bodies decorated with a pattern of peach-coloured ribbon bows, green foliage, and small pink flowers. Each pan is fitted with a cream-coloured heat-resistant plastic handle and a polished metal rim. The exterior of each pan bears a printed mark in script reading Swan. One pan in this set carries a white circular adhesive label with the numeral 7 and a small orange adhesive label. Included in the lot is a group of additional cookware comprising two dark charcoal grey saucepans, one with a matching lid and black knob, and a light blue frying pan with a black interior surface. The charcoal grey pans have black plastic handles, and one bears a white circular adhesive label with the numeral 7 and an orange adhesive label.
Condition report:
The set of Swan enamel saucepans appears in good used condition with minor surface wear and light staining consistent with domestic use. The enamel remains intact without significant chipping visible in the photograph. The mixed cookware group shows more pronounced signs of use; the light blue frying pan has visible wear and discoloration to the rim and interior (photo 1). The dark charcoal grey pans exhibit general surface scuffing and scratches to the interior and exterior surfaces.
