Lot 70: A Collection of German Floral Porcelain Tea and Coffee Ware
A collection of white porcelain tea and coffee ware featuring various floral decorations and gilt highlights. The group includes a tall coffee pot or chocolate server decorated with a large transfer-printed pink rose and floral sprigs, a fluted teapot with delicate blue and grey floral sprays, and a lidded sugar bowl matching the rose pattern. Also included is an assortment of teacups and saucers with mixed floral motifs, including pink roses and wildflowers, alongside some plain white examples with gilt rims. The porcelain bodies exhibit varied forms, with some pieces featuring ribbed or fluted details. Small green marks are present on the undersides of several pieces, but are not clearly legible. A paper lot label is attached to the body of the tall coffee pot.
Condition report:
The collection appears to be in generally good used condition. There is visible wear to the gilding on the rims and handles of several pieces, which is consistent with age and use. No significant chips, cracks, or repairs are immediately apparent in the overview image. A paper adhesive label is present on the side of the tall coffee pot.
