Lot 160: An Assortment of Vintage and Commemorative Glassware including Ruby Red and Patterned Stemmed Glasses
An assortment of glassware comprising several distinct sets and individual pieces. The collection includes a set of six dark ruby red tumblers of uniform size. A set of four small stemmed glasses is present, each featuring a gold-toned rim and a different coloured foliate or paisley transfer pattern in shades of blue, yellow, teal, and orange. The lot also contains various clear glasses, including a large stemmed wine glass, a pilsner-style glass, and a commemorative glass with orange printed text for a CAMRA Beer Festival. One clear glass bears an etched capacity mark reading L 0.5l with the certification mark CE M12 0126. Another glass features a white printed or etched scenic design. The items are housed in a printed cardboard box from Coolmore West Cork Bakery.
Condition report:
The items are in good used condition overall. Visible surface dust and light wear consistent with age and use are present. No chips, cracks, or significant loss to the decorative patterns or gold-toned rims are observed.
