Lot 669: Large Multi Storey Georgian Style Wooden Dollhouse with External Staircase
This large wooden dollhouse is identified as The Priory model from The Dolls House Emporium, designed in the Georgian architectural style. The structure features a main central block and a side wing, finished in a terracotta-toned paint with white quoins at the corners and horizontal string courses. The hipped roof is finished with individual wooden shingles and includes two chimney stacks. The facade is detailed with multiple multi-paned windows in dark-stained frames. A central entrance on the first floor is framed by a wooden pediment. The house is fixed to a large wooden baseboard which incorporates a prominent white-painted external staircase. The construction primarily uses wood and plywood panels.

Condition report:
The item is in used condition with visible wear throughout. There are numerous paint chips and scuffs to the exterior walls and white architectural details. The baseboard shows significant paint loss, scuffs, and staining. Some window frames appear slightly misaligned within their openings. The wooden roof shingles are dusty but appear largely intact. There is a small orange sticker on the front facade and a small white lot sticker on the baseboard.
