Lot 279: Vintage Subbuteo .00 Scale Team Ref. 41 C.100 Boxed Set
A vintage boxed Subbuteo Table Soccer team set, produced by Subbuteo Sports Games Ltd. of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England. This item belongs to the .00 Scale series, specifically designated as reference C.100 and Interchangeable Set C.133. The green cardboard box features printed graphics and text in multiple languages, including Masstab, Echelle, Scala (1:100) and Mannschaft, Equipe, Squadra, Elftal. The end flap retains the original circular cream-coloured sticker printed with Ref. 41. In standard Subbuteo reference catalogues, Ref. 41 traditionally identifies a team kit consisting of red shirts and white shorts. The manufacturer name and Kent-based address are clearly printed on the front face. A modern orange fluorescent price sticker with handwritten characters 279 is adhered to the centre of the box front.

The box exhibits age-related wear consistent with its vintage status. There is significant crushing and creasing to the upper right corner and along the top edge. The edges show scuffing and minor loss to the green printed surface. General surface soiling and light staining are present across the cardboard.
