The design is in the Arts and Crafts style, featuring simple, functional lines and square-section legs. The rectangular top tier includes two raised side rails which serve as integral handles. A single matching lower tier is positioned between the legs for additional storage. The piece is supported by four square-section legs terminating in small metal casters for mobility. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible on the wood. A yellow auction lot sticker bearing the digits 462 is present on the frame.
