Lot 391: A mid-20th-century two-drawer metal filing cabinet, attributed to Bisley
A mid-20th-century two-drawer filing cabinet, attributed to Bisley, of single-piece steel construction. The unit features a two-tone finish with a chocolate brown outer carcass and cream-coloured drawer fronts. Each drawer is fitted with an integrated recessed handle. A single lock cylinder is located at the top right-hand corner of the frame. There are no visible manufacturer labels or stamps. A small orange and white inventory sticker is applied to the front top-left corner, bearing the number 16 and handwritten digits 391.
Condition report:
The item is in a used, as found condition, displaying surface dust, staining to the drawer fronts, and minor scuffs to the paintwork. The locking mechanism is present, though no key is provided.
