A mid-20th century electric sewing machine by Jones, featuring a light grey enamelled finish and distinctive red lettering. The machine is set into a wooden base with an integrated lidded storage compartment lined in red fabric. Functional elements include a stitch length selector dial and manual adjustment knobs. The unit is supplied with a grey foot pedal and power cable fitted with a standard UK three-pin plug. Also present is the original domed carrying case, finished in a cream-coloured textured material with a central handle.
Condition report:
The machine presents in used condition with surface wear and minor scuffing to the enamel finish. The wooden base shows some light scratches. The carrying case exhibits surface discolouration, scuff marks, and oxidation to the metal hinges and handle mounts. The electrical components are untested.
