Lot 28: A Pair of Vintage Boots Pacer 10 x 50mm Prismatic Binoculars with Carrying Case
A pair of vintage Boots Pacer 10 x 50mm prismatic binoculars. The instrument features a black textured body with metal and synthetic components and is accompanied by a black textured hard-shell carrying case with a hinged lid and metal flip-lock latch. One eyepiece plate is inscribed Boots Pacer KOREA while the opposing plate is marked 10 x 50mm COATED OPTICS and FIELD OF VIEW: 87m at 1000m (5 degrees). A black synthetic neck strap is attached to the body.
Condition report:
The items are in vintage used condition. There is visible surface dust and debris across both the binoculars and the case. White surface oxidation or residue is present on the textured focus and adjustment rings. The internal optical clarity and mechanical focusing function have not been tested. The carrying case shows minor external scuffing and wear consistent with age.
