A 20th-century British school watercolour on paper depicting a dramatic mountain and lake landscape, reminiscent of the English Lake District or the Scottish Highlands. Condition report:
The watercolour shows light toning to the paper and a few minor surface marks. The mount is in poor condition with heavy foxing and significant overall discolouration. The painted wooden frame exhibits some surface scuffs and small chips to the paint. The work has not been inspected out of the frame.
