Lot 214: Two Vintage Toddler and Child Dolls
Two mid-20th-century dolls constructed from vinyl. The larger doll features dark brown rooted hair in a bob cut, blue sleep eyes with lashes, and a moulded, slightly open mouth. This doll is wearing a yellow cotton dress with a smocked bodice and white decorative stitching. The second, smaller doll has brown sleep eyes and dark brown rooted hair, and is presented undressed. Both figures have orange adhesive labels applied to the soles of their feet; the smaller doll’s label is marked with the handwritten numerals 214.

Approximate height of smaller doll: 30 cm.
Condition report:
Both items are in play-worn condition. The larger doll exhibits surface scuffing to the vinyl limbs and dishevelled hair. The smaller doll\'s hair is significantly tangled and the body shows minor surface marks and ingrained dust.
