Lot 11: A Collection of Assorted Cut and Pressed Clear Glassware
An assortment of clear cut and pressed glassware featuring various decorative motifs. The collection includes three stemmed goblets decorated with a diamond-cut pattern on the bowls, set atop short plain stems and circular feet. Also included is a rectangular lidded butter dish featuring deep-cut starburst, fan, and geometric patterns, in the style of American Brilliant Period glassware. A large circular bowl or platter base is present, exhibiting a complex design of radiating star and wedge cuts around a central motif. Furthermore, the lot contains a circular plate or lid with a frosted central floral design, a beaded rim, and a border of concentric textured circles. A large, plain glass cylinder is also partially visible. The items exhibit characteristics typical of mid-to-late 20th-century glass production. No manufacturer marks are visible.
Condition report:
The glassware appears to be in good overall condition with clear glass and no significant chips or cracks visible upon inspection. Several items bear orange adhesive lot labels which may leave residue upon removal.
