Lot 435: Two Contemporary Rectangular Framed Wall Mirrors
A lot comprising two contemporary rectangular wall mirrors. The larger mirror features a wide moulded wooden frame with a dark mahogany-tone finish and a thin gilt-effect inner slip. The smaller mirror has a decorative two-tone frame, comprising a black outer border and a wood-grain effect inner section with a rope-twist moulded edge. Both mirrors are contemporary in manufacture. Both items bear small white circular stickers numbered 8, and the larger mirror has an orange adhesive tag marked 435.
Condition report:
The mirror plates appear to be in good overall condition with no significant silvering loss or foxing visible, although the surface of the larger mirror is currently dusty. The frames show minor surface wear and occasional light scuffing consistent with age and previous use.
