Lot 290: A Collection of Vintage Vinyl LP Records and Storage Cases
This lot comprises a collection of vintage vinyl LP records presented within two storage cases. The primary storage case is a suitcase-style carrier featuring a red, reptile-effect textured finish, two brass-toned metal flip-lock latches, and a top carrying handle. The second storage case is a black vinyl folder-style carrier with brass-toned stud detailing and a yellow oval sticker to the front. The collection contains various LPs in their original sleeves. Visible identifying marks on the record spines include STEREO RUB 002 and THE CALLIES. One white record sleeve features a black and white woodcut-style illustration with the letter G at the top right and S below. The RUB 002 catalogue number is associated with the British folk label Rubber Records.
Condition report:
The storage cases exhibit signs of age and use, including scuffing, wear to the edges, and oxidisation to the metal hardware. The record sleeves show typical shelf wear and creasing. The records have not been removed from their sleeves for individual inspection and are sold as seen.
