Lot 172: A Collection of Cut Crystal, Glassware, and Decorative Items Including a Carved Wooden Clog
An assortment of decorative glassware and miscellaneous objects. The collection includes a cut crystal bell with geometric diamond and hobnail patterns, housed in a maroon fabric-lined box. A large circular cut glass bowl features star and diamond-cut motifs and a scalloped rim, accompanied by a smaller matching bowl and a clear glass jug. The lot contains an etched clear glass lidded jar with floral and foliate decoration, a large bulbous red glass bottle, and a glass lamp chimney with frosted and clear sections. A boxed set comprises six small liqueur glasses, each decorated with a silver-toned band featuring fleur-de-lis motifs against a red background. Decorative items include a floral sculpture with carved petals in pale green and pink tones set in a planter, and a large decorative wooden clog with carved leaf decoration and a long curved handle. No maker’s marks are discernible; orange stickers marked 172 and white labels marked 1 are present as inventory references.
Condition report:
Most items appear to be in good overall condition with surface dust and light wear consistent with age. The red glass bottle shows some internal residue. No major chips or cracks are visible on the crystal or glassware.
