Lot 89: Two Vintage Cast Brass Decorative Items Including an Ivy Leaf Dish and a Swan Vessel
A group of two vintage cast brass decorative items. The first item is a tray or weight in the form of an ivy leaf, featuring detailed cast veining on the upper surface and an integral loop at the stem. The second item is a small cast brass vessel in the form of a swan, depicted with its neck curved and its head resting against its breast, creating a small open central cavity. Both pieces are manufactured using casting techniques and exhibit moulded decorative details. There are no maker marks, stamps, or signatures visible on either item.

Both items are in good vintage condition. They display a natural aged patina with visible areas of green verdigris oxidation settled within the recessed decorative details. Minor surface wear and light scratching are present, consistent with age and previous use.
