Lot 853: Two Serving Pieces comprising a Stag Horn Handled Crumb Scoop and a Pierced Yellow Metal Fish Server
This lot comprises two vintage or antique style serving pieces. The first is a crumb scoop with a silver-plated blade featuring an engraved floral and foliate spray. It is mounted with a natural stag horn handle and a decorative, embossed white metal ferrule. The second is a yellow metal fish server or cake slice, possibly brass or gold-plated. The blade is decorated with fine foliate engraving and a series of C-scroll piercings, transitioning into an integrated, shaped handle.
Condition report:
Both pieces show signs of use and age. The crumb scoop blade has surface scratches and areas of tarnish. The fish server exhibits general surface wear and light scratching. Inventory stickers are present on the blade of the scoop and the handle of the fish server.
