Lot 851: Two Vintage Items Comprising a Titoni Airmaster Wristwatch and a Modernist-style Inlaid Collarette Necklace
A vintage gentleman’s Titoni Airmaster wristwatch and a modernist-style collarette necklace. The wristwatch features a round yellow-tone metal case with a cream-coloured dial. The dial is designed with a crosshair motif, applied gold-tone baton and Arabic numeral indices, and a date window at the 3 o’clock position. It is marked TITONI, AIRMASTER, and 25 JEWELS ROTOMATIC. The watch is fitted to a distressed brown leather strap. The necklace is a silver-tone metal collarette of articulated construction, inlaid with black panels and iridescent abalone shell. The front features a central V-shaped section with a matching teardrop pendant, connected to curved links and rigid tubular sections at the rear.
Condition report:
The watch case and crystal exhibit surface scratches and signs of wear. The dial shows age-related spotting and patina. The leather strap is heavily worn and cracked. The mechanical functionality of the watch has not been tested. The necklace shows tarnish and light surface wear across the metal and inlaid panels.
