A neoclassical-style figure, likely manufactured from parian-type porcelain or a white mineral composition material, depicting a female nude in a pose commonly associated with Phryne or the Bathing Venus. The figure is modelled with her right arm raised behind her head and her left hand clutching a length of drapery gathered at her hips. The sculpture stands upon an integral, stepped circular base. No maker’s marks, signatures, or edition numbers are visible on the exterior of the sculpture in the provided image. An orange auction tag marked with the number 19 is adhered to the figure’s right shoulder.
