This set of cocktail coupes, also suitable for champagne or dessert service, is crafted from clear glass featuring heavy gilt decoration. The design is characteristic of the Hollywood Regency style from the mid-20th century and is attributed to the Minton pattern by Tiffin Franciscan. Each vessel consists of a wide, flared bowl embellished with a broad, highly reflective gold-toned band at the rim. The bowls are supported by clear glass stems with a subtle knop at the junction, terminating in circular feet each decorated with a single thin concentric gold ring. No maker’s marks, etched signatures, or labels are discernible on the pieces.
Condition report:
The set is in good vintage condition overall. No chips, cracks, or significant damage are visible to the glass. There is evidence of minor surface wear and light rubbing to the gilt decoration, consistent with age and domestic use.
