Lot 423: Assortment of Olympus OM System and Vivitar Camera Accessories in an Access Hard-Shell Case
This lot comprises a collection of vintage photographic equipment and accessories primarily related to the Olympus OM 35mm SLR system, housed within a dedicated carrying case. The case is a hard-shell design with a brown pebbled exterior, aluminium trim, and a yellow felt-lined interior, featuring a small metal tag on the exterior marked Access. A set of keys is attached to the handle. Visible components include a Vivitar lens and filter adapter for model 283, a Vivitar Wide Angle Attachment V-285 with its corresponding instruction manual, and an Olympus OM System warranty card. The kit also contains a black electronic flash unit, a circular black plastic filter holder or lens hood, and various sync cables. Two brown zippered pouches are included. Technical documentation printed in Japan is also present. An orange lot sticker marked 423 18 is adhered to the interior lid.
Condition report:
The case shows external scuffing and age-related wear, with some tarnishing and oxidation to the aluminium trim and metal hardware. The interior lining is generally intact with minor signs of use. Photographic accessories and electronic components appear used; they have not been tested for mechanical or electrical functionality. The contents of the zippered pouches have not been inspected for optical clarity or operational status.
