A collection of three ceramic vessels. The first is an earthenware pitcher of ovoid form featuring a pinched spout and loop handle. It is decorated with hand-painted polychrome enamels on a white ground, depicting a stylised brown stag surrounded by floral sprays in blue, red, and yellow with green foliage. The decoration is consistent with folk art pottery attributed to Real Ceramica de Coimbra, Portugal. The second is a globular ginger jar with a domed lid, crafted from porcelain or fine earthenware. It features an underglaze blue Chinoiserie pattern of scrolling vines and floral motifs. The third is a glazed earthenware pitcher with a flared rim and pinched spout, finished in a matte tan-coloured glaze with dark spotted accents to the handle and rim. Each item bears an orange auction sticker numbered 27. The lot also includes various associated items visible in the background including a brass candlestick and glass vessels.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in good overall condition. There are no obvious signs of chips, cracks, or repairs visible from the primary angles. Some light surface wear and minor manufacturing irregularities consistent with the nature of hand-painted glazes may be present.
