A large Chinese porcelain charger featuring an imperial-style yellow ground decorated with famille rose enamels. The central motif displays two five-clawed dragons, one in blue and one in pinkish-purple, chasing a central flaming pearl. They are surrounded by a dense pattern of ruyi-shaped clouds and flame scrolls. The outer rim is decorated with a pale lavender border containing a continuous key-fret pattern. Two modern auction stickers are visible on the rim, bearing numbers 232 and 15. No reign marks or manufacturer marks are present on the face of the item, and the reverse has not been inspected.
Condition report:
Generally good condition with bright enamel colours. Visible surface wear and minor pitting consistent with age and production. No evidence of cracks or significant losses to the front surface.
