Buyer's Premium:

This trio of stoneware items, comprising a lidded tureen and a matching pair of salt and pepper shakers, is in the Luxor pattern attributed to Denby. The set features a matte, speckled buff glaze contrasted with teal-blue panels and lids. The decoration consists of circular bands featuring a dark brown and ochre geometric sunburst or gear-tooth motif. The circular tureen has a low-profile body with two integral loop handles and a domed lid topped with a spherical finial. The salt and pepper shakers are of waisted baluster form with contrasting glaze schemes: one has a teal body with a buff top, and the other has a buff body with a teal top. No factory marks are visible on the exterior surfaces shown. Small adhesive labels are present on the lids.

Condition report:

The set appears to be in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of professional repair. Minor surface wear consistent with age and domestic use.
