A collection of porcelain tea wares featuring a deep cobalt blue ground and heavy gold-gilt decoration. The set includes multiple teacups and matching saucers. The exterior of the cups and the borders of the saucers are embellished with scrolling foliate patterns and decorative medallions. The teacups are designed with fully-gilded double-scroll handles. The saucers feature scalloped rims with a continuous gilt border. The interior of the cups and the centre of the saucers are white with additional gilt detailing.
