Live auction will start in __ days and __ hours

Start price: £2

Buyer's Premium:

A collection of porcelain tea wares featuring a blue transfer-printed floral and foliate design, attributed to Chapman of Longton. The pieces are decorated with a pattern comprising scrollwork, lattice details, and floral sprays on a white ground. The forms are characterised by decorative scalloped and lobed edges, particularly visible on the saucers and the small cream jug. Each piece is accented with hand-applied gilt highlights to the rims, handles, and feet. The set includes a cream jug with a scroll handle, a series of saucers with deeply scalloped edges, and multiple matching tea cups with gilt-decorated handles. No factory marks or backstamps are visible on the surfaces shown.

Condition report:

The items appear to be in good overall condition. There is evidence of minor surface wear and rubbing to the gilding on the rims and handles, consistent with age and use. No significant chips, cracks, or visible repairs are observed in the provided images.
