Lot 70: An Assortment of Vintage Coloured and Clear Pressed Glassware and Miscellaneous Ceramics
This lot comprises a varied collection of vintage glassware and decorative items. The assortment includes a group of opaque light blue pressed glass serving dishes with integrated tab handles, in the style of mid-century heat-resistant ovenware. Also present is a ruby red glass serving plate featuring a textured, beaded gilt rim, and a small pink pressed glass bowl with vertical external ribbing and a gilt-edged rim. The collection further contains several stacks of clear pressed glass bowls in various patterns, including vertical ribbing with scalloped edges and faceted geometric designs; one clear glass bowl features a gilt-finished rim. A faceted clear glass lid or stopper is included within the group. The lot is completed by a small white ceramic child’s mug featuring a colour illustration of a teddy bear and a blue-lined rim. Multiple items bear white and orange adhesive inventory labels. No manufacturer marks or signatures are visible.

The items are in good used condition overall. There is visible wear and thinning to the gilt decoration on the rims of the ruby red, pink, and clear glass pieces. Light surface scratching and adhesive residue from labels are present. No significant chips, cracks, or repairs are visible from the overview.
