A trumpet-shaped white metal vase of flared form. The upper portion of the vessel features a plain-polished section above a wide central band of ornate chased and repousse foliate decoration, depicting scrolling leaves and floral motifs. The lower portion of the bowl tapers into a slender, plain stem that terminates in a stepped, circular domed foot. No hallmarks or maker marks are visible on the exterior surfaces. A white adhesive label with the handwritten characters 17 17 is present on the upper bowl. The style is consistent with Middle Eastern metalwork of the late 19th or early 20th century.
Condition report:
The vase is in good condition, showing minor surface scratches and light tarnish consistent with age and handling. There are no major dents or visible signs of repair.
