Lot 514: A Pair of Low Pine Three-Tier Bookcases
A pair of small pine open bookcases, dating from the mid to late 20th century. Each unit is of rectangular form, featuring an arched top rail above two fixed shelves, providing three levels of storage including the base. The side panels are shaped with a simple curved profile at the top. The bookcases are raised on plinth bases with bracket-style feet. Construction is primarily of pine with a clear finish, while the backboards are made from a secondary material, appearing to be thin plywood or fibreboard. A small, illegible yellow label is affixed to the interior of one unit.

Condition report:
