A collection of Hornsea Pottery table ceramics in the Bronte pattern. Manufactured in Yorkshire, England, these pieces are crafted from glazed stoneware and feature a design introduced in the early 1970s by designer John Clappison. The decoration consists of a textured, moulded relief with stylised geometric circles and leaf motifs in a palette of chocolate brown, tan, and olive green on a cream-coloured body. The assortment includes several mugs with the relief pattern, plain cream-coloured cups, a stack of saucers and side plates with concentric brown banding, a large dark brown ceramic lid, and bowls of varying sizes. A clear backstamp on the base of one bowl displays a square logo above the text HORNSEA, ENGLAND, and BRONTE.
