The volumes are bound in publisher’s original blue cloth, featuring elaborate blind-stamped floral and scrollwork decorative motifs on the spines. The spines are lettered in gilt with the title, editor’s name, volume numbers, and corresponding page ranges. This set includes volumes 1 through 10, with continuous pagination from page 1 to 7338. Also present is an assortment of related softcover supplementary booklets titled Questions. The volumes are octavo in size.
Condition report:
The cloth bindings exhibit typical signs of age and shelf wear, including scuffing, rubbing to the extremities and spine ends, and some surface marking or staining to the cloth. The corners of several volumes are slightly bumped. Volume 4 has a small orange and white adhesive price label attached to the spine. The internal condition has not been inspected. The supplementary softcover booklets show some creasing and edge wear.
